Using RapDuo
Use RapDuo only where you can legally agree to these terms. The service is not directed to children under 13 or a higher local minimum. Keep your account secure and provide accurate sign-in details. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Content and consent
Upload only photos and material you own or have permission to use. Get consent from depicted people and guardian consent for minors. Do not create deceptive impersonation, harassment, non-consensual intimate content, illegal material, or content that violates another person's rights.
AI output and limitations
RapDuo uses generative AI. Faces, pet markings, clothing, movement, lyrics, and timing may vary. No exact likeness, lyric reproduction, delivery time, or particular creative result is guaranteed. Review output before sharing and follow the destination platform's rules.
Your content rights
You keep the rights you have in uploaded content. You give us and the required providers permission to process it to deliver the requested service and perform safety checks. You may download and share completed outputs, but remain responsible for permissions and third-party rights; AI output may not be unique.
Credits and payment
Generation is paid with credits. Costs depend on model, resolution, and duration and are shown before an order. No free generation or preview is offered. Packs are one-time purchases and never expire. Subscriptions renew until canceled; credits expire at the end of the billing period without rollover.
Failures, cancellation, and refunds
Failed, timed-out, or safety-blocked renders return prepaid credits automatically. Completed videos you dislike are not failed renders. Refund and cancellation eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
Service availability and enforcement
We may limit abusive activity, refuse unsafe content, or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Services can be unavailable during maintenance or provider disruptions. Liability limits apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not remove mandatory consumer protections.
Changes and contact
Updated terms will display a new date. Material changes will be communicated where required. Contact support for account, content, billing, or rights concerns. Privacy handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
