Before you use credits
Check file type and size, both subjects' visibility, your topic, live output settings and the quote. The photo guide includes a local dimensions and exposure check that does not upload your file.
While a job is processing
Keep the job reference. A request with an uncertain status can still be running; return to your account and avoid creating repeated paid jobs to test whether the first one worked.
When the video is ready
Watch with sound, inspect faces and wording, download the MP4 and test playback before sharing. For a billing, deletion or account request, Contact explains what to include and what private information to leave out.

Questions before you create
Is the photo checker a likeness guarantee?
No. It checks basic file properties and brightness locally. It does not identify faces, predict lip-sync quality or guarantee an AI result.
